Shipping Policy

We require a signature for all of our deliveries. Once delivered, responsibility passes to you.

If you happened to received your Notice delivery as a gift or something similar, the person who signs for the good(s) confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.​

We currently offer FREE worldwide shipping. For more information on ‘World Zones’ and to find out which your country comes under, click the link below.

For our international customers, we use Royal Mail’s International Tracked and Signed service. This offers full end-to-end tracking and signature upon delivery. For more information and to track your parcel, visit www.royalmail.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

Email returns to orders@noticeapparel.com allow up to 24 hours for a response.

 

When sending the email please be clear to include: 

 

•           Item order number
 

•           Your full name
 

•           Reason for refund

 

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.

Refunds are processed through PayPal. You are protected via their payment protection. Refunds will be credited back to the original purchaser's debit/credit card or PayPal account. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to credit your account (this may vary between banks, so contact your provider for more information on timescales).

 If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.

 

We do not accept exchanges/refunds on the following;

 

•           Products without tags attached and not in their original packaging
 

•           Products received without authorisation 
 

•           Products received in any condition other than their original condition
 

•           Products that appear worn (smell of perfume/fabric conditioner, deodorant or tan)
 

•           Products marked or damaged in any way (makeup/stain etc)
 

•           Products marked as ‘sale’ or ‘final sale’
 

We at Notice reserve the right to refuse any item in any of the above state. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. This responsibility lies solely on the customer. We advise you to send your items back to us via a tracked and signed for service to allow your item(s) to reach us safely.
