  • International Customs
    We endeavour to do our best to ensure that your order clears customs, but in the event that your parcel is held up, we recommend you contact customs directly in your country to follow up any delays. We are not responsible for any costs incurred; these are the responsibility of the receiver.
  • Will I receive a confirmation e-mail for my order?
    Once you've placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as we've processed your order, we will email you detailing your despatch and tracking number (international). The email should go straight to your inbox, however in some circumstances they may end up in your spam/junk folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact us at customerservice@noticeapparel.com
  • How do I return or exchange an item?
    For exchanges/returns, email customerservice@noticeapparel.com within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us. Once we have received your email, we will send you a confirmation email detailing your next steps. Please allow up to 24 hours (can be up to 48 hours in busier periods) for a response from us. Please be sure to include in the email: * Item order number * Your full name * Reason for exchange/refund * Item you wish to exchange as described on website including size
  • I’ve received an incorrect item. What should I do?
    If you have received the wrong order, we truly apologise for the mistake. Simply email us at customerservice@noticeapparel.com with your name, original order number and the order number of the parcel you incorrectly received. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
  • Will I have to sign for my parcel? / What happens to my parcel if I'm not home?
    Yes! All of our parcels are sent through Royal Mail’s Signed For® service. If your parcel has been delivered and you’re not home, don’t worry. Your mail carrier will drop a red card through your letterbox informing you of how to collect or rearrange your delivery. For more information, visit www.royalmail.com.
  • I haven't received my credit note? / How long is the credit note valid for?
    Please allow up to 48 hours for your credit note to arrive in your inbox. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder, as sometimes emails can end up here. If you’ve still not received your credit note, contact us at customerservice@noticeapparel.com, stating your order number and detailing the issue. Credit notes are valid for 30 days only and will expire after this time.
  • What should I do if the item I want to exchange my item for is sold out, or my size isn’t available?"
    We apologise that the item you wish to order isn't available. As we offer an exchange only policy in such circumstances, we will offer you a ‘refund’ in the form of a store credit note. You will receive the credit note via email and it will be displayed as a code, which you can redeem against purchases made in the online shop. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your credit note. The credit note is valid for 30 days only.
  • How do I use my credit note?
    Simply choose your item and add it to your basket as normal, then enter your code in the ‘promo’ section upon checkout. If you do not wish to use the full balance on your credit note, that’s ok. Your remaining balance will be still be available, but the issued expiry date will still remain the same (30 days).   • How will you repay me my funds?
    Refunds are processed through PayPal. You are protected via their payment protection. Refunds will be credited back to the original purchaser's debit/credit card or PayPal account. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to credit your account (this may vary between banks, so contact your provider for more information on time scales).
  • Where do you deliver?
    We offer worldwide shipping. Please visit our Shipping and Returns section for more information. Please note, if an order is placed for a PO BOX in the USA or Canada, we will contact you for an alternative delivery address.
